The first restaurant leases signed at Miami Worldcenter total 30,400 square feet, with two prominent chefs opening four different venues. Danny Grant, a former Michelin-starred chef based in Chicago, will launch a steakhouse and an Italian eatery. Michael Beltran, a Miami chef and James Beard nominee, will open a Cuban-influenced bistro and separate cigar bar. A major mixed-use development emerging in downtown Miami, Miami Worldcenter spans ten city blocks and blends residential, hospitality, commercial, retail and entertainment spaces. DMA is leading retail tenant delivery activities for some 300,000 square feet of planned retail space.
