A gathering to mark the completion of the new 15,000-square-foot green roof at 900 N. Michigan Avenue included professionals from DMA, Hoerr Schaudt, JMB, and several office tenants. DMA managed development of this project and a previous green roof project for the mixed-use building - now featuring more than an acre of planted roof area. Recent work also included a renovation of office space overlooking the new roof.
