Regional Accounting ManagerTim Feldballe has more than 28 years of extensive experience in business development and project and financial management. He has held principal finance and accounting roles in development and redevelopment projects totaling more than $3 billion. His strong work ethic, integrity, and analytical and communication skills make him an outstanding leader, uniquely capable of building and energizing cross-functional teams.
Tim’s expertise delivers exceptional breadth and depth to the property accounting services at dma | property. In 2009 he was instrumental in the formation of the company and in providing sound financial oversight to the Roosevelt Collection project, an ongoing role. His substantial contributions to DMA client work include the following projects:
- Rivers Casino, Pittsburgh, PA: slots casino with restaurants and 3,600-car structured parking; 100,000 square feet; $300 million hard cost project, rescued and completed after the original developer failed to secure financing
- Casino for Midwest Gaming, Des Plaines, IL: 20-acre site with 45,000 square feet of gaming space and an additional 30,000 square feet for food and beverage businesses; expected to open in fall 2011
- The Residences at 900, Chicago, IL: adaptive reuse of 160,000 square feet of office space to 47 high-end condominiums; $75 million
- Barneys New York, Chicago, IL: specialty department store; build to suit; 100,000 square feet
- Riverwalk Hotel/Casino, Vicksburg, MS: $100 million waterfront casino project
Tim has been instrumentally involved in the development and redevelopment of notable retail shopping centers, office buildings, residential properties, and hotels in markets across the country, among them:
- Copley Place, Boston, MA
- MGM Tower, Century City Los Angeles, CA: 35-story office building; new development; $325 million; 710,000 square feet
- 900 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, IL: 66-story multi-use complex (luxury retail, office, residential, hotel); new development; $550 million; 2.6 million square feet
